How many students are in a class?
There are eight students maximum in a class.
Where do the classes take place?
Classes take place online via Zoom.
Do you offer a trial class?
Yes, a trial class is available for £20 for a new student
How much are the classes?
Group classes are £20 per class. All our classes are limited in number, payment via a monthly subscription is required in order to reserve your son or daughter's space the class.
One month subscription costs £80. This includes all notes, personalised feedback for students and parents and reports twice a year.

What is your cancellation policy?
Customers must cancel their subscription at least 24 hours in advance of the renewal date to avoid charges for the next subscription period. Instructions on how to cancel your subscription can be found here.
Do you offer one to one classes?
Individual (one to one) classes are subject to availability and cost £50 per class. Classes last for 1 hour and also take place via Zoom.

Are subscription payments taken automatically every month?
Subscriptions are automatically renewed on a monthly basis on the same date of the month as you first signed up or joined.
The last subscription payment for Year 11s is taken in March and the last subscription payment for Years 9 and 10 is taken in May.
The monthly subscription covers all materials used in lessons and twice yearly reports.
Refund Policy or Billing Errors
If a customer forgets to cancel their subscription and contacts me within 24 hours of the renewal date, they are eligible for a full refund of the renewal charge. Requests for refunds beyond this period will not be honoured.
Except as stated in the Grace Period above, all subscriptions renewals are final and non-refundable.

Do you sell resources?
Yes, I have exam focused resources and courses, primarily for the benefit of Year 10 and Year 11 students. I also regularly run masterclasses throughout the year. You can read more about them as I advertise them throughout the year on the Masterclasses page.
